Our Yoga for Men sessions are designed for beginners, those wishing to renew their yoga practice or experienced yoga students.
The main benefits of Yoga for Men are strength building, increased flexibility, improved balance, and greater body & breath awareness.
You may also experience improved sleep, posture, relief of back & joint pain as well as the mental benefits of yoga such as stress reduction, less anxiety, and feeling more calm.
