Having spent the past five years hosting SPACE Yoga Retreats, I felt it was time to experience a retreat from a different perspective, this time as a guest! I signed up for the RECONNECT Retreat at La Cura, a venue where I’ve already hosted two retreats, with two more in the pipeline for 2026 and 2027.
Stepping into the role of a participant was truly incredible, as I was able to fully immerse myself in the luxury and serenity that this exceptional space provides. Not offering alcohol at La Cura allows guests to fully engage in yoga sessions and meditative practices, fostering a deeper connection between mind, body and spirit.

In our fast-paced lives, particularly as women, it’s all too easy to prioritise the needs of others above our own.
